Key Person Support
At Twinkletoes Preschool, each child is assigned a dedicated Key Person who guides their learning, development, and emotional well-being. We work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child feels confident, secure, and able to progress at their own pace. Through careful observation, planning, and tools like ‘WOW’ moments and Baby’s Days, Key Persons track achievements and follow each child’s interests to support their next steps. For children requiring additional assistance, Key Persons collaborate with our SENCo and families, ensuring personalised support in line with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice. For more information about our nurseries, you can visit our Dartford and Horton Kirby preschool pages.
Baby’s Days Online System
Baby’s Days is Twinkletoes Preschool’s online learning platform, creating complete transparency between parents and our setting. Through the system, parents can access Daily Notes, Progress Trackers, Photograph Galleries, Policies, Permissions, and Invoices, forming a strong partnership with our team. Daily Notes enable parents to view their child’s activities and leave comments, while the Progress section provides observations, development updates, and photographs, offering a clear view of each child’s learning journey and milestones.
Half And Full-Day Care
Twinkletoes Preschool provides funding for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds, subject to eligibility criteria. Our fees are £24 per half-day session and £44 per full-day session, with most children qualifying for funding to cover their attendance. A small daily consumables fee is also applied to support our enhanced provision—please enquire for more details.

Uniform
To allow children the freedom to explore and enjoy activities, including messy play, Twinkletoes offers a uniform available at a non-profit cost. While wearing the uniform is optional, many children enjoy it, and it helps foster a sense of belonging. We recommend lightweight trainers with Velcro straps for safety and comfort in the hall, and ask that all clothing, including uniforms, be clearly labelled with your child’s name. Uniforms can be purchased through our local contact, Natalie Mark at www.needlzandthreadz.co.uk.
